Pesto and Honeynut Squash Pizza

Ingredients:
You receive this with your pizza kit
- PwP Pizza Dough made from scratch in our kitchen
- Pesto made with organic local basil
- Fresh Mozzarella – Grande Cheese
- Roasted Honeynut Squash
- Calabrian Peppers – mild heat with amazing depth
- Arugula
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the PP Pizza Dough into your desired shape and thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread a generous layer of pesto over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Distribute the roasted honeynut squash evenly over the pesto.
- Spread fresh mozzarella over the pizza.
- Slice the Calabrian peppers thinly and sprinkle them over the pizza for a spicy kick.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Top the pizza with fresh arugula just before serving.
