Nothing says fall quite like a soft piece of homemade pumpkin bread!
NUMBER 1 - Roasted Red Pepper Grilled Cheese w/ Tomato Soup
Included in your kit:
Cheese blend
Sandwich bread
Mayonnaise
Tomato Soup
Cooking instructions:
Grilled Cheese
Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
Spread the red pepper cheese mixture on one side of a slice of bread and top with another slice of bread.
Spread mayo on the exterior of the sandwich.
Cook the grilled cheese until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Tomato Soup
Pour the soup into a saucepan and cook over medium low, stirring occasionally.
Heat until the soup simmers and reaches your desired temperature.
NUMBER 2 - Beef Curry w/ Cucumber Raita
Microwave – Transfer Curry to a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring half way through. Heat for additional 30-second intervals if needed.
Stove top– Transfer Curry to a saucepan. Heat at medium low temperature, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes.
